HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE?

My personal photography style adapts with the services I provide. Stock Listing images follow a similar pattern of composition, showing the 'classic angles' for a stock listing, and then are lightly edited. For my Commercial Shoots and Private Shoots I want to create a story in every image, while ensuring the car is the star of the show, as this is what you are wanting to show people. So for both Commercial Shoots and Private Shoots, I use light, composition, and advanced techniques to highlight the key features of the subject, making it look as beautiful as possible. Images for both packages are then fully edited to show accurate colours, tones, and shapes. Private Shoots are typically then edited further to create a unique piece of one-off art work of your car.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

I currently provide the following services: Stock Listings, Commercial Shoots, and Private Shoot & Print. But should you have something else in mind that you don't believe is covered by these services, please don't hesitate to get in touch and I will see how I can assist.

WHERE DO PHOTOSHOOTS TAKE PLACE?

All photoshoots take place wherever is most convenient for you and will get the best results! For Stock Listing shoots typically this is at your place of business or your home/garage, but it can also be at a location of your choice (should you want a certain setting). For Commercial Shoots and Private Shoots, anywhere goes. I can travel to any location you have in mind, and I am also happy to discuss locations with you if you are not sure on where is best to show your car at it's best.

HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST?

Every service I provide highlights either the pricing or the quotation process on the respective services page (Stock Listings, Commercial Shoots, Private Shoot & Print).​​

WHAT IS YOUR AVAILABILITY?

STOCK LISTINGS

If you go ahead and book a Stock Listing shoot through the online booking feature you will see a calendar of my availability. Typically, I can accommodate Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun, 10am - 4pm, but if you're needing a Stock Listing shoot on another day, or outside of these ours, get in touch and I would be happy to look into it further!

 

COMMERCIAL SHOOTS and PRIVATE SHOOTS

For Commercial Shoots and Private Shoots, the date and time of your shoot will be based on your requirements, which we will go through together in the initial stages of discussions​. It can be anytime of day, even the middle of the night! Whatever it takes to get the results you are after!

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME OF THE PHOTOS?

All photos are different, some take more post processing than others. For Stock Listing shoots, if you click on the 'More Info' button on the bookings feature, you will find the particular turnaround time for that service. For Commercial Shoots and Private Shoots, this will depend on the requirements of the shoot and will be communicated in the discussion process.​​

DO YOU HAVE A PHOTO REVIEW PROCESS SO I'M SURE I'M HAPPY WITH THE PHOTOS?

I certainly do! I want to make sure the photos are exactly what you want. So for Stock Listings and Commercial Shoots, after I have edited the photos, I will send you proof images over a secure WeTransfer for you to take a look at. For Private Shoots you will view the images taken in the viewing and ordering session.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE FINAL PHOTOS?

For Stock Listings and Commercial Shoots, once you have taken a look through the proof photos, I will send you the full resolution and unobstructed versions of the photos via a secure WeTransfer. For Private Shoots, you will receive the prints you chose via a delivery service to your chosen address, and a secure WeTransfer containing the digital shots.

WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?

STOCK LISTINGS

For Stock Listings I offer the incredible benefit that you only pay when I send the final images over a secure WeTransfer, once you have approved the proof images. You will be asked to pay for the full amount that was shown when you booked the service or that I quoted you, via a secure payment page. Once the payment has been made, you will have immediate access to your photos!

COMMERCIAL SHOOTS

For Commercial Shoots, the process is the same as the process above, the only difference being there will be a 20% non-refundable deposit to be paid before the shoot goes ahead, on the price quoted. The remaining balance will then be paid upon you receiving the full resolution images over a secure WeTransfer.

PRIVATE SHOOT & PRINT

For Private Shoots, there is a standard cost of the shoot of £100 to be paid before the shoot. The only additional charges to this service will depend on the type, size and number of prints you decide to order, options and prices of which will be shown and discussed in the initial telephone consultation, and paid in the viewing and ordering session following the shoot. There is no obligation for you to purchase a print​ following the shoot however.

DO YOU SUPPLY COMPRESSED AS WELL AS UNCOMPRESSED PHOTO FILES FOR WEBSITE OPTIMISATION?

Yes. Uncompressed, fully edited photos can be up to 30 MB, which is great for keeping the detail for printed media, but not so great for a website that needs to load quickly. That's why, along with the uncompressed photos, I also send you compressed versions of all the photos for you to use for your website.

DO YOU PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN PRIVATE SHOOTS?

Certainly! If you are in need of prints from any of the other services, let me know that this is one of your requirements and this can be arranged.

WILL I HAVE FULL OWNERSHIP OF THE PHOTOS?

You sure will! I will add them to my website as part of my portfolio and, with your permission, may put a selection of the photos on my social media channels to promote my work, but beyond that, your images won't be distributed to anyone else to use. These are your photos now. They are completely unique to you, and you are free to use them as you wish.

DO YOU WATERMARK YOUR PHOTOS?

I don't. The initial proof photos sent to you for Stock Listings and Commercial Shoots will have a watermark while you make sure you are happy with the photos, but when you pay and receive the final photos there will be no watermark or branding on the images whatsoever. If you feel like you would like to credit me somewhere on your website or magazine etc, that would be really appreciated, but by no means a requirement!​​

HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP THE RAW FILES FOR?

I shoot all my images in RAW file format, as this gives the greatest dynamic range to edit with, resulting in the best images possible! I hold onto all of the RAW files from any shoot for 3 months after the shoot before deleting.
